Recently, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress conducted the first review of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution (Draft), and is soliciting opinions from the public. newly announced.

1. For the newly introduced and purchased sludge dryer, it is necessary to ensure that all parts of the equipment are installed correctly, and try to do it on a stable ground. If the equipment is not placed stably during the installation process, it may lead to unstable operation. , therefore, abnormal phenomena may occur during the sludge drying operation.

2. After installing the sludge dryer, we need to conduct a reasonable trial operation and debugging of the equipment under the guidance of professional and technical personnel. In order to be able to find and solve the problems in the idling trial operation of the equipment in time, so as to prevent the failure problems caused by the sludge drying operation.

3. Since the sludge dryer is a large-scale equipment with large processing capacity and continuous production, with the long-term drying operation time, the degree of wear between various components is also increasing. This requires us to regularly check the lubrication of various components during the use of sludge drying equipment. Once an abnormal situation is found, remedial measures should be taken in time to prevent the smooth production of sludge drying from being affected. Since the sludge dryer is a large-scale equipment with large processing volume and continuous production, the degree of wear between various components is also increasing with the long drying process operation time.

4. When using the sludge dryer to treat sludge, pay attention to the connection of each component to avoid the parts falling off during the production process. At the same time, after the sludge drying treatment is completed, the equipment must be cleaned in time, in order to avoid corrosion caused by residual materials on the sludge drying equipment, thereby affecting the normal use of the dryer. Sludge treatment is the process of concentration, conditioning, dehydration, stabilization, drying or incineration of sludge. The sludge volume usually accounts for 0.3%-0.5% (volume) of the sewage volume or about 1%-2% (mass) of the sewage treatment volume. If it is advanced treatment, the sludge volume will increase by 0.5-1 times. The improvement of sewage treatment efficiency will inevitably lead to an increase in the amount of sludge.
